Welcome to PharmAveda.
A complete integrated approach to Life & Health.
My goal is to help you as an individual, discover a personal knowledge and practice of living. This is in line with the integrative aspects of Ayurveda & Yoga therapy with current medicine. What the mind perceives, the body creates. Whatever aspect of your life feels challenging, different, imbalanced or missing, there will be an affect on your mind that may eventually manifest in your physical body as disease, if not looked after now. There may be times we want to just investigate how to maintain our health at it's optimum. If you learn why your mind and body feels happy - or not, right now, then you can more easily re-balance when things unexpectedly change or go out of control. Every system of your being is like a thermostat and the settings can alter unknowingly depending on a multitude of factors. The way you feel, perceive and interpret the world around you reflects everything going on within you. You are responsible for the settings of your health and I will guide you, with expertise and compassion to make changes that will positively influence your life, and those around you.
All that is required is your full commitment. "I can HIGHLY recommend PharmAveda, but don't wait as long as I did... the first session has already made more difference than anything else I have done in the past few years!! - Mina |
It all starts with a conversation, which I like to approach from the angle that every human being is searching for meaning in life. A time comes when we are propelled to look beyond our usual places and people to discover our purpose. Whatever your vocabulary, let's throw ourselves into conversation and see what results. "You know when someone just has an energy about them that almost hypnotically calms you? That is Bobby ! I can’t describe it any better than that. - Emma |

A BROADER VIEW OF ONCOLOGY: Podcast with Robin Daly, January 2022
" Bobby Sira is a Pharmacist, specialised in Oncology, but also an Ayurvedic Practitioner. In this episode, hosts Dr Penny Kechagioglou and Robin Daly ask Bobby about the contrasting views of healthcare that his two disciplines espouse, what he feels Ayurveda and other complementary modalities can offer to mainstream cancer care, and the current obstacles to the integration he would like to see within the NHS.
