Bobby Sira
Specialist Oncology Pharmacist & Integrative Cancer Practitioner · Founder, PharmAveda
PharmAveda offers a personalised approach to cancer care that goes beyond a single treatment or a single specialist. Trained in Integrative Oncology through ACNEM and in Advanced Integrative Metabolic Oncology through Dr. Nasha Winters' AIM programme, alongside almost 30 years in clinical pharmacy and a decade in oncology, I bring together conventional cancer pharmacology, functional and metabolic approaches to cancer, and the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy. Rather than reducing cancer to a single cause with a single fix, this approach supports the whole person — body, mind and spirit — restoring balance on every level. Ayurveda, the original root-cause medicine, offers a way to work with the body's own intelligence to heal and rejuvenate, even in the midst of conventional treatment.
The PharmAveda Approach
Cancer care asks two different questions, and most people only ever get help with one of them. The horizontal: what is happening in my body, and how do I manage it well — the treatment, the side effects, the noise of scans, bloods, opinions, and options. The vertical: what is happening in me — the person carrying it. A steadying of the nervous system. A return to something in you that was never sick in the first place.
Most support addresses one or the other. My work sits at the place where they meet — trained in Integrative Oncology through ACNEM and Advanced Integrative Metabolic Oncology through the AIM programme, and in Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy through years spent in the Himalayas, South India, and a gurukula in Bangalore. Clinical pharmacology and functional medicine on one side. Ayurvedic wisdom and yogic philosophy on the other. One coherent approach to a person who is, at every level, one system.
What immediately sets Bobby apart is his extensive knowledge that seamlessly bridges the gap between traditional and modern care... an absolute authority on integrative medicine.

Work with Bobby
It all starts with a conversation, which I like to approach from the angle that every human being is searching for meaning in life. A time comes when we are propelled to look beyond our usual places and people to discover our purpose. Whatever your vocabulary, let's throw ourselves into conversation and see what results.
Before any plan is made, we meet to talk through where you are, what you need, and whether we're the right fit to work together. From there, personalised support is built around you — from a single consultation to ongoing care through diagnosis, treatment and recovery.

If you are contemplating whether to work with Bobby, my advice would be to stop thinking and start doing, you definitely won't regret it.

The NHS was unable to offer me any help with my mental health... Thank goodness, I found Bobby. So far, I have had minimal side effects, and I feel empowered and in control of my own treatment.
