SURRENDER TO THE MOMENT

Most decisions we take will be based either upon our desire for the outcome or our fear of a past impression.

Desire or Fear.

The place in which we are right now, may be a place that brings us immense joy or it may be a situation we complain about or feel unhappy about. Either way it is a result of our being. It is not just our decisions for the external questions that leads us along our life journey, but how we feel right now is the golden key to success of being in the here and now.


When we surrender to life and actually let go of our past impressions of experience, we start to live in this moment. Governed by neither our desires or fears.

And we smile.


When we look up to the sun rising we see it for what it is.
A brand new day and a brand new sun.
Nothing is the same in that sun as it was yesterday.
Everything is constantly undergoing change.
We all have experienced the difficulties associated with resistance to change.
It is a fundamental part of nature and evolution and we eventually must succumb to it.


The sun today is its own.
You today are your own.
Your desires and fears of yesterday our from yesterday.
You choose to carry them into this moment or you let go.

When an experience arises that reminds you of something past, then either it controls and dictates your actions
or you let go of that impression and respond with a fresh approach.

A fresh attitude.  


Like a fresh bloom with morning dew.
The petals have surrendered to the droplets they hold with no desire or fear.
Yet the petals are still the petals and have not lost their identity for being in the moment with the dew. 
Because they surrender so effortlessly, they glisten in the morning sun like a jewel. 


As can we, if understand that we are just like a fresh bloom every morning;
We stand under the shower and the water running over us freshens us, enliven us and help us glisten throughout the day.


Let your journey today be based upon the moment that you surrender to.
Loosen the grip on the desires and fears you have become accustomed to.
Feel the loosening.
Like the tension being massaged out of your shoulders and back.
You relax into whatever is happening.

Your awareness is fine tuning in the now.

To the present.
The static is subsiding as you tune in to clarity.


Hear the music of your heartbeat and your breath.
Each organ within you is part of the greater orchestra, and the music is sublime as they work together to achieve harmony within every cell of your body.

Let your mind and body be at peace.
Surrender to your desires.
Surrender to any fears.
Surrender to life.

Surrender to this moment. 


Take a long deep breath and truly enjoy it.
